Chocolate Peanut Butter Yogurt Pops

Nutritious, delicious, and so much fun to make! Once you pop, you can't stop!

We’re ready for all the fun summer sweet treats! Like these creamy, fudgy Chocolate & PB Yogurt Pops! I had to make another batch already because we devoured this one in the hot weekend sun. Use your favorite nut butter for this, and a yogurt that is on the thinner side for easier pouring when you fill the molds.

This is a great recipe to include the littles in since there’s nothing sharp or hot involved. As I always say, kids are more likely to try foods that they helped to create. Cecily was so excited to enjoy her masterpiece!

My best tip here is to get yourself a few silicone pop trays like this one. They’re WAY easier, faster, and neater, which makes them that much more fun to make and eat! Watch how these yummy yogurt pops are made here. Have fun!

Prep Time: 10 Minutes

Yield: 6-8 Pops

Ingredients

1 cup full fat yogurt

1/4 cup honey

1/2 teaspoon cinnamon

1/4 cup nut butter

1 tablespoon cocoa powder

Directions

  1. Whisk yogurt, honey, and cinnamon in a large bowl, and then divide between two smaller bowls.

  2. Add nut butter to one and cocoa powder to the other. Whisk each to combine.

  3. Use squirt bottles (easiest way) or liquid measuring cup to alternate layers of nut butter and chocolate into a silicone pop mold. I poured 4 layers, but create the layers however you want. Get the littles involved, too!

  4. Freeze 6-8 hours or overnight. Pop and enjoy!
