I hope you find some comfort and grounding with this warming coffee, my friends.
As a mommy, former teacher, and HSP/empath, the news lately has felt incredibly heavy and emotional on many levels. My anxiety level has been higher than it has in a very long time, and I am doing my best to practice grounding and mindfulness whenever possible. It’s also incredibly important to me that I share these methods whenever and however I can with you all.
This grounding French press is something that provides a natural boost in the morning, or as a midday recharge, while encouraging a connection to nature, the earth, and a sense of centeredness in the midst of chaos. This may be a little step in your day, but each little thing can aid in adding up to a bigger, better balance.
I will continue to send healing love and light back into the universe each day for anyone open to receiving it, and support the need for positive, bigger, better, beautiful change in the world. Namaste, my friends.
