Prep Time: 10 Minutes
Ingredients
5 ripe avocados, halved lengthwise and pitted
1/ 2 cup diced tomatoes
1/ 2 cup finely diced shallots or sweet onion
Juice of 1 lime
1/ 3 cup chopped fresh cilantro, (more or less if preferred)
1 1/ 2 teaspoons sea salt, plus more if preferred
Directions
Add all ingredients to a molcajete or large bowl. Use spoon and/or pestle to combine and mash. Season with as much additional sea salt and chopped cilantro as is preferred. Serve immediately.
