Crazy delicious, incredibly easy to make right in your own kitch, and ALL you need is three ingredients and a chilled mason jar!
Does anyone else ever crave a cold brew in the winter? Even if it’s freezing outside, it can be so energizing as an afternoon boost. One of my go-to Starbucks orders is a grande cold brew, black with light ice, and topped with cold foam. The creaminess and hint of sweetness in the cold foam submerges slowly into the coffee, making it a refreshing, yet not overly sweet treat.
If you’ve ever had this bevvy, you probably know it’s not ideal to order via the mobile app. You really want that cold foam the second it hits the coffee, because you get to enjoy each phase of the drink. This may sound intense for a coffee, but hey, I’m a passionate person, and if you’ve ordered this before, you totes get it.
That being said, I got really tired of paying like $6.00 and waiting forever at my neighborhood Starbucks as my simple order would get lost in the mix. I decided to figure out a way to make my own cold foam at home and I’m SO excited to share, because it’s beyond delicious and literally the easiest thing ev.
Store some iced coffee and whipping cream in the fridge and keep a jar chilled for whenever your chilled bevvy craving strikes. Enjoy your cold brew + cold foam combo while you keep warm and cozy right at home. Cheers to that!

⅓ cup cold heavy whipping cream
¼ teaspoon vanilla extract
3 stevia drops or ½ teaspoon sugar
