I'm declaring this the summer of sexy summer corn!
Nothing screams summer like sweet corn on the cob. Create edible art by tying back your corn husks and displaying a platter of these plump and flavorful beauties at your spring and summer gatherings. They're a perfect seasonal side dish and they simply sparkle on the table. This is such a fun and easy recipe for the entire family to enjoy. Get the littles involved, too! Cecily loves to help prepare these in the foil, and she loves getting her hands dirty as she enjoys the fruits (vegetables?) of her labor even more. Enjoy, friends!
