Warming Turmeric Latte

Turn up your turmeric game with me, starting with this warming, cleansing, naturally energizing latte.

I used to incorporate turmeric into my daily life and SO many recipes. Sometimes you just fall off your game with little lifestyle habits like that, you know? Between changing careers, getting pregnant, moving, becoming a new mom and learning about parenthood in the midst of a pandemic and relocating twice, all the while trying to keep it all together in the healthiest and most positive and upbeat way for myself and my family, turmeric kind of just lost its relevance in my daily life for a bit. I'm sure a lot of people can relate. Let's try not to beat ourselves up - it happens!

Now that we're getting into a bit a normal-ish routine again, I’m re-turning up my turmeric game. Beyond its versatility and the uniquely flavorful punch it packs, it’s medicinal and healing. It reduces inflammation and bloating, boosts brain function, provides mental clarity which can relate directly to our efforts to stay grounded, and helps to prevent heart disease as well as many other diseases.

Turmeric is a little golden gift that can make a big difference in the way you feel both mentally and physically. This Warming Turmeric Latte is the perfect midday pick-me-up, and so quick and simple to make, especially as many of us are still working from home these days. I hope you’ll try so you can experience all the benefits for yourself. Sending you love, light, and warmth.
