Winter Morning Stovetop Potpourri

A simmering pot of this stovetop potpourri is the perf backdrop to a cold and cozy day at home.

On cold winter weekend mornings, especially if there’s a fresh blanket of snow outside and it’s going to be a cozy day at home, I love to wake up early and bring a pot of this Winter Stovetop Potpourri to a slow, calm, purring simmer.

All you have to do is keep an eye on the evaporation and continue replenishing the water throughout the day, and your home will smell like a truly comforting, cozy, loving winter wonderland.
